Introduction

·         The tables were compiled and constitute part of the ca. 5000 Funnel Beaker culture tombs and German gallery-graves analyzed for the 1995 Ph. D. dissertation at the Anthropology Department, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.

·         The data of the ca. 900 tombs of Schleswig-Holstein, North Germany compiled here are relatively complete, but do not take into account some of the most recent local surveys. An attempt has been made to round out the locational information by adding data from Ebbesen (1986), Megalithic graves in Schleswig-Holstein. Acta Archaeologica 55, 1984:117-142, but this job has not been completed and not all tables are updated as yet.

·         The tables are being updated with floor plans and photographs.

·         No guarantee for accuracy is made.

·         If you find any discrepancies, would like to add new information, have other comments, or would like to quote the contents, please contact Max Baldia.
