- Abstracts must be no longer than 100 words
- SAA presentation time is 15 minutes

- Participants must be SAA members by 2001
- Participation fee for members is $100, Student members $70 (Reduced rate for people from developing countries are available)
- The SAA registration, membership costs etc., as well as travel expenses and housing must be covered by the individual participants or their institutions
